NOTICE BOARD

Following the news of a further lockdown in England, we want to reassure you all that we shall continue implementing high safety and hygene measures to keep everyone safe. As yet I haven't received any new guidelines from Cheshire East so we would appriciate it if parents continue to do everything they have been doing over the last 8 weeks. Just a reminder, if your child is poorly whether it be a cold, cough or a temperature could you please keep them off preschool. Seek advice if you think your child or anyone in your household has Covid symptoms (please see the poster below from Cheshire East). Could you also kindly let us know if your child will not be attending and for what reasons so we can follow the appropriate guidelines.  Please once again familiarise yourself with our Covid 19 policy.

On arrival and pick up, could you please wear masks and if you should need to enter the building, you will need to use hand sanitiser and wear a mask. We shall hand sanitise your child's hands on arrival.

We shall be spending a lot of time outside but unfortunately the weather may not be on our side, so could I please ask you to provide outside clothes, wellies (we do have spare ones) and spare clothes in a zipped bag so that we can go out whatever the weather!! Also as it's important to have the room well ventilated, we shall have windows open so again could you provide warm clothes with plenty of layers for your child!

On a more positive note, we have a very exciting half term ahead of us for the children. This half term is all about celebrations and festivals.

This week we shall be looking at Remembrance Day and making poppies and also lots of fun activities for ‘Children in Need’. We shall be putting a donation box in the entrance hall if you could kindly spare a couple of pounds, we shall forward the money at the end of the week!

Could I kindly remind everyone, to only have one person at a time coming up the ramp into preschool to drop off their child to avoid congestion (thank you!)

As I know the times are very strange at the moment and we are struggling to have face to face meetings, however, we are hoping to offer a parents evening after Christmas, whether it be face to face by appointment or on zoom but I will keep you informed.
I know what a hard time this is for everyone and if there is anything you need or you're concerned about anything at all please do not hesitate to contact me.

Many thanks for your continued support.

If you would like to book any adhoc sessions, there is now an online form which can be submitted directly to preschool admin. With immediate effect, all ad hoc sessions should be requested using this form which can be also be found on the links on our
'Home' page and 'Contact us' page.

Please be aware that due to coronavirus, there will be no hot dinners from school. We are hopeful that these will resume in the not too distant future. If your child is staying for lunch, you will need to provide a lunch bag, preferably in a disposable bag.
